At Joyous, we believe that there is no health without mental health. We are dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, effective mental health care. While our microdose ketamine mental health treatment has been shown to be incredibly affective for patients struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress, we want to share a list of national resources to support those in crisis and emergency mental health situations.

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Number: Call or text 988

Purpose: Provides 24/7, free, and confidential support for people in distress, prevention, and crisis resources.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) HelpLine

Number: Call 1-800-950-NAMI (6264) or text HELPLINE to 62640

Availability: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

Support: Offers support and information for people experiencing mental health conditions, their families, and caregivers.

Crisis Text Line

Purpose: Free, 24/7 text-based support from trained crisis counselors.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline

Service: Offers confidential, free support for individuals and families facing substance use disorders or mental health concerns.

The Trevor Project (LGBTQ+ Support)
